| Our local coordinators are typically teachers or educational advisors. They are caring and dedicated people and show great availability and support to the students. |
| All our teachers are university graduates and have a FLE diploma (Français Langue Etrangère). They are selected for their experience and their ability to motivate and to encourage students inside and outside the classroom. |
| Our host families are carefully selected for their sense of hospitality and their motivation. They are regularly vetted by our local coordinators. |
| Our leaders are experienced, energic and responsible. In our residential programmes they hold a BAFA (Brevet d'Aptitude à la Fonction d'Animateur de centre de vacances et de loisirs). |
